We offer free standard delivery (or $4.95 express delivery) for all online orders in Australia over $95.

For all orders in Australia under $95, customers can choose a flat rate for standard delivery or express delivery. 
Standard Delivery  - $9.95
Express Delivery - $14.95 

We send our packages through Australia Post. If you would like us to add a signature on delivery please send us a quick message.

INTERNATIONAL
We do not offer free freight on international orders. We use Australia Post for our international orders and request that you contact us via email at info@ilanstyle.com.au for an international shipping quotation.

PACKAGING & INSURANCE
We don’t charge you for handling or packaging.  All Ilan Style products are carefully hand-packed to ensure their safe arrival. Our items are not insured once they leave the Ilan Style warehouses, and no refunds will be offered for goods that get lost or damaged during transportation.  If you require insurance for your goods please contact us for a quote.

FAST & RELIABLE SERVICE
Online orders are typically picked, packed and in the post within 2-3 business days from time of order. We are subject to Australia Post's shipping times, however in general you can expect your express orders to be delivered to your door within 3-5 business days and allow 5-10 business days for standard deliveries. Please note these times are guides only, and we do not take responsibility for delays in Australia Post's network.
