Directions

For the perfect cup of tea, place 1 teaspoon (2g) in a strainer or reusable tea bag.

Steep for 3–5 minutes at 100°C. Maximise the health properties of Ilan Style tea by covering your cup while steeping.

I recently tried Ilan Presence's Native Mint, and it has quickly become one of my favourite herbal teas. What I love most about this tea is its smoothness. Many mint teas can be overpowering, but this one is delightfully subtle while still delivering a bold, fresh taste that leaves you feeling refreshed with every sip. It's also comforting and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a long day or for a quick revitalizing break.
