- To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund, or send replacement products within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that the cost of shipping for returning the items is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned items are defective or faulty, we will reimburse the shipping costs to you.
