We offer free express delivery for all online orders in Australia over $95

For all orders in Australia under $95, customers can choose a flat rate for standard delivery or express delivery. 
Standard Delivery  - $9.95
Express Delivery - $14.95 

We send our packages through various carbon neutral courier services, depending on your location.  We are happy to send to either a business or home address, however if you have a PO Box your order will come through Australia Post. If you would like us to add a signature on delivery please send us a quick message.

INTERNATIONAL
We do not offer free freight on international orders. We use Australia Post for our international orders and request that you contact us via email at info@ilanstyle.com.au for an international shipping quotation.

PACKAGING & INSURANCE
We don’t charge you for handling or packaging.  All Ilan Style products are carefully hand-packed to ensure their safe arrival.  Our items are not insured once they leave the Ilan Style warehouses, and no refunds will be offered for goods that get lost or damaged during transportation.  If you require insurance for your goods please contact us for a quote.

FAST & RELIABLE SERVICE
Online orders are typically picked, packed and in the post within 24 hours from time of order.  Express orders can be expected to be delivered to your door within 3-5 business days and allow 5-10 business days for standard deliveries.
